Notice alert to the whole community

During the great GDPR famine, it just came over me this though.
But would it be possible to get a broadcast notice alert from the Super Administrator to the whole community? I mean, instead bulk mail and so on... Sometimes it would be more careful than an email and of course more GDPR compliant.

I have set an html block on the main timeline, above the 'whats new' box to remember people about the new GDPR rules. It will display for at least 2 months. All active current and new members will be aware of this message without spamming them with bulk mail.

I'll do it something like this. But maybe, GDPR apart, it could useful take an immediate action from the Supa admin only if it's stricktly needed. By the way it's the same that fb does, for example, isn't it? I'm speaking about notices/warnings, of course.

Very good pop-up plugin coming soon. I've been testing it today. For the GDPR update notification all you need is this pop-up plugin. Probably soon will be released.
