Removing Group Members

I feel that I must be overlooking something incredibly obvious here.  How can one remove a member from a group?  Assume Member A has joined a group, of which Member B is the group admin.
 
1) How does Member B remove Member A from the group?
2) How does a super admin remove Member A from the group?

@Mark It isn't working that way on my site.  Those options simply do not show up for the majority of members.  Please see an example in a screenshot of a memberlist of a group of which I'm the admin (in addition to being site admin).  There is only one member I can remove. 
 
EDIT:  In clicking through groups, I noticed that only members who do not have a location chosen are able to be removed from groups, so it looks like displaying the location is pushing the remove/make-admin option out of view or something.  I don't have the pop-up/hover thing on names on my site yet, so will this change when we do the upgrade, or do I need to have you guys fix it so people can be removed from groups?
