Form fields disappearing

I performed a fresh install of 2.6.1, PHP7, Amazon s3.  When I test the 'add a new event' function, the 'information' box disappears.  It loads on page load, then disappears. Any ideas?

It appears to be rendering as 'hidden.'  If I change it in the developer console, it appears and I can use the div.

I do have Java enabled, and it seems to only be on this particular form field, in this plugin.  I tried the support ticket, but my support is beyond 30 days.

Seems like a java issue. Did you have java enabled in your browser?
