Moosocial 3.1.4 and Forums plugin

Is there a way to import Moosocial Topics categories/message threads/commets into the forums plug in?

What do you need from me to give an estimate on this.. also will this be a plugin script that does this so I can be done again on the active site when needed. We are currently making all these changes on a dev mirror site before doing the changes on the active site.
