If a group has a few admins and they argue with each other, there is a risk that some of them will delete group in anger.
 
A lot of contents, which have been created by other people, maybe vanish instant. This option should be limited for just website admin.

yes, only the group creator or the admin of the site should be able to delete the group !

They will be wary that data may be lost too easy.

Mark we just did a few tests, and found out that normal group admins won't be able to delete groups. They can see the "delete group" button, but they can't delete the group.

however, the group creator can, which is still something we don't want. Plus, group creator is unable to leave group, or be removed as group admin (even by himself). I think since we've added this into the pool of improvements, it would be great if we fix these as well
