No, an option in Admin > System Settings where you can add custom Header code, much like in Admin > System Settings > Integration > Analytics Code. I know from looking at the Analytics Code input box it gets injected into the footer, but I mean adding a similar feature that injects custom code into the Header between the <head> and </head> tags.
