I have a very serious problem with my site

I can not figure out what's going on I've got the problem sometimes enough I would say, I do not have access to the site
 
The message I'm seeing is

Hm. We have a problem finding the site.

We can not connect to the server at www.webface.gr.

If the address is correct, here are three other things you can try:

If you are logged in, but under the supervision of a firewall, check if Firefox has permission to access the Internet.

This happens when I connect from my mobile phone connection

I do not have access to Filezilla either

Something prevents me from connecting with my site
 


I talked about Hostiso Support but the cause was not found
 
They replied that for their part everything is right there is no problem
 
Let me make it clear that with other websites I have no problem, only with my own

It is not from the backup of the server the problem.

May be server is running auto backup at that time. Only hosting can tell :)

Hostiso always give you that same answer at first  that is not their fault    but then they usually go in and look and  fix it
